Yes! You are always welcome to ride your own bike. And if this bike is new to you, why not ask your guide to help tune the suspension and give your overall bike fit an assessment.

We provide top-quality helmets and gloves. We have a good collection of arm and leg armor so if you would be more comfortable using the padding, it will be available. We also have water and water bottles provided. In addition, we have a full snack bin for all the trailside treats you want.

While it is not required or expected, Smartertravel.com suggests the etiquette is to tip 15% to 20% of your tour price. If you do not want to carry cash on your bike tour, there will be a link in a follow up email with an option to charge a tip after your tour.

Yes! Bikers need to eat a lot. Your guide either provides a very nice picnic-style lunch at a great location or take you to one of our favorite local restaurants if the weather is on the soggy side. It’s all included in the tour.

There are no cancellation fees when canceling beyond 48 hours prior to departure. Tour change requests are subject to availability and possible change fees.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour departure there can be no refunds. Any change, including rescheduling or itinerary changes are subject to availability and possible change fees.

Yes or no. You decide. We live in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, and many of our routes involve climbing. However, we have plenty of other options in case you would like to keep the ride on the flatter side.

Yes, if you are in the central or downtown areas of Seattle or Bellevue. If you are unsure, just let us know where you are staying and we will bend over backwards to accommodate you. If you are out of the area, we will help find options to get you downtown.
