Our Hardworking Guides
We focus on creating an amazing outdoor experience for all riders.
We would be nothing without our guides. They’re BICP-certified instructors, trained in first aid, and, more importantly, active, passionate riders who spend real time on these trails. From Tiger Mountain to Duthie Hill and beyond, they know how conditions change, what rides well, and how to match terrain to each group. We keep things simple: you show up ready to ride, and we take care of the rest.

Matt’s been on two wheels since his first paper route funded his first mountain bike. He comes from a downhill racing background, but these days prefers long trail days, big climbs, and riding with friends in the mountains. His approach to guiding is simple: get people onto great trails, keep the day moving, and make sure everyone leaves wanting to ride more.

Born and raised in the Seattle area, DJ knows this area inside and out. When he’s not guiding, he’s often the one behind the scenes helping run operations across Adventure Hub. If you’ve called or emailed, there’s a good chance you’ve already talked to him.
